Shipping & Payment
Fees related to packaging and shipping of goods, as well as payment options, are automatically added to the total order amount in the checkout form. We offer several delivery and payment options for your convenience.
We deliver goods within the Slovak Republic and to selected EU and non-EU countries. For international delivery options, see below.

Card payment is the most frequently used payment method. The Comgate payment gateway supports Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing you to pay using a card stored in Apple/Google Wallet.
The Comgate payment gateway also offers features such as pre-authorization and card-on-file payments.
Payment Process
Bank Transfers
A bank transfer refers to sending money between two banks without using a payment card. Logging into your online banking or banking app ensures the security of this payment method—payments can only be confirmed within them. During processing, security is further guaranteed through encrypted communication between banks.
The Comgate payment gateway offers several types of bank transfers that differ in setup method, speed of confirmation, and execution. Details are explained below.
Online Bank Transfer
A pre-filled bank transfer offers convenience and instant payment confirmation.
Payment process:
- Select your bank from the list.
- After choosing your bank, you may pay via QR code, or click “Pay in online banking” to be redirected to your bank login page.
- After logging in, a pre-filled payment instruction will appear.
- Once completed, you will be redirected back to the e-shop.
If you choose instant online payment, we will begin preparing your order immediately after successful payment confirmation. If you choose a standard bank transfer, the order will be processed once the funds are credited to our account, typically the next business day. Please keep this in mind if you require fast delivery.
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after receiving the order or payment. Standard delivery time to the customer is up to three days from placing the order.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally using Packeta’s distribution network and other carriers. After selecting a destination country in checkout, the available delivery options and shipping costs will be displayed.
Customers from non-EU countries should be aware that import duties and taxes may apply according to the legislation of the destination country. These fees must be paid upon arrival of the parcel to the respective customs or tax authority. We recommend checking these costs in advance to avoid unexpected charges.
